FAQ
Shipping and Orders
Where do orders ship from?
Every item in this shop is sourced from independent tarot and ritual goods makers through the Shopify Collective and Spocket partner networks, and ships directly from each maker rather than a single warehouse. Because of this, processing and delivery times vary by product and supplier. You'll see the exact shipping options and estimated delivery window at checkout based on your address and cart.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Many orders qualify for free or low-cost shipping. You will see the exact amount before you confirm your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order contains items from more than one maker, it may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window the order will have been passed to the maker and cannot be modified. Contact us at hello@morrowarc.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. These cases are prioritised and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See our full refund policy for details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at hello@morrowarc.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
My order never arrived. What now?
Check your tracking number first. If tracking shows no movement for 15 or more business days, contact us at hello@morrowarc.com and we will investigate.
Decks and Tarot Practice
Which deck should I start with?
Most readers begin with a Rider Waite Smith deck or a close interpretation of it. The imagery is figurative and readable, the symbolism is well documented, and almost every tarot resource you will encounter is written with this tradition in mind. Browse the Beginner Decks collection, or read our guide on finding your first deck.
Do I need prior experience to use these decks?
No. Decks marked as beginner-friendly are designed to be accessible from the first pull. Many include a guidebook. The practice is built through repetition and reflection, not prior knowledge.
What does a guidebook include?
Most guidebooks cover a brief meaning for each of the 78 cards, both upright and reversed. Some include spread suggestions and brief notes on the tarot tradition. Quality varies by deck, so we note whether a guidebook is printed or digital (PDF via QR code) on each product page.
What is the difference between standard and large format decks?
Standard decks are typically around 7x12cm, comfortable to shuffle and spread. Large format decks (10x17cm and above) give the imagery more room, making them better for study and for readers who want to spend more time with each card. They can be harder to shuffle if you have smaller hands.
When should I move on from my beginner deck?
When the cards start to feel like they have stopped asking you questions. Familiarity is a sign the deck has done its work, not a reason to stop reading. A second deck is usually one that challenges your interpretation: a different artistic tradition, or imagery that takes longer to sit with. Read more in our guide on finding your first deck.
Morrow Arc
What is Morrow Arc?
Morrow Arc is a tarot reading companion built around reflection rather than prediction. It offers guided spreads, reflective summaries for each reading, and a daily card practice. This shop is an extension of it, with physical decks to pair with your practice. Visit Morrow Arc.
How do I get my month of Morrow Arc Pro?
Every order includes a promo code for 1 month of Morrow Arc Pro. The code arrives by email after your order confirms. Apply it at morrowarc.com whenever you are ready. Your month begins when you redeem it, so it will not run out while your order is on its way.
Do I need a deck to use Morrow Arc?
No. Morrow Arc works as a standalone digital reading practice. Having a physical deck alongside it deepens the experience, but it is not required to start.
Is Morrow Arc free?
Morrow Arc has a free tier with access to daily card draws and basic readings. The Pro plan unlocks guided spreads, reflective summaries, and full reading history. Pricing is available at morrowarc.com/pricing.
