Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened decks within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.

Opened or used decks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
