Shipping Policy

All Morrow Arc products ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Where We Ship From

All physical products ship from China via established international carriers. We are transparent about this because we think you deserve to know where your order is coming from. Delivery times reflect the international nature of our supply chain, not slow service on our end.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent by email when your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier system.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict what they may be or reimburse them.

Morrow Arc Pro Access

If your order includes Morrow Arc Pro access — whether as a bundle or the free month included with every deck purchase — your digital access will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. You do not need to wait for your physical order to arrive to begin using the app.
